"I would not stay here again due to noise on both front and back of property as well as issues with water temperature. Generally the room is clean and staff seem friendly. Thank goodness I’m here for only 2 nights compared to my normal 4 when traveling for work."

"The hotel in general is fine. The room was clean and smelled fresh considering that the room had carpet. The bed was firm, which I love. The hotel was close to the highway and food, which was a plus. My only true complaint is the water temperature. While taking a shower, the water temperature was barely warm. I had to the run the water for 10-15 minutes before the water actually got warm."

"Here’s a list of things wrong with my room (729): - Bathroom not cleaned - Sink plumbing dismantled and water just drains onto the floor. Gross parts of the drain were left sitting on the counter. - Toilet back cover appears to have shattered on the floor. Large pieces were removed, but small chards of sharp ceramic litter the floor. - No shower curtain - Only 1 towel in the entire room - AC unit not properly sealed so outside noises are outrageously loud. Even a car door shutting sounds like it’s inside the room. The train tracks right behind the hotel resulted in numerous wake ups due to screeching train brakes sounding as loud as it would if you were standing right next to it. Same with low flyover airplanes. So, I can’t use the sink - brushing my teeth with the shower. I can’t shower without soaking the bathroom (and only 1 towel). I can’t even walk around without shoes due to dangerous ceramic shards. Can’t sleep due to crazy noise pollution from lack of seal on the AC. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with any hotel. Front desk staff were completely unhelpful. No maintenance staff after hours to address any of these issues. “Completely booked” so can’t move me to another room. Basically just said “deal with it and talk to someone tomorrow”. Will be looking to end my stay early and find something else. Even a Red Roof or Motel 6 would be a step up."

"Rooms are neat and tidy. Linens are spotless and fresh. Food is average and pricey. Fitness center is decent. There are no dental kits or house slippers provided so make sure you carry your own. Housekeeping is only on request, beverage/water refill is done only on housekeeping. Ironing board and iron are provided in room which was a big help. It was closer to my work and the RDU airport so that was a good thing. Also wifi is pretty decent, i was able to attend zoom calls and work without any glitch. But there are no eateries or shops nearby so you need a car to be able to roam around."

"Stayed here in September for 2 weeks for work. Overall it is a nice hotel, although there are some things they could do to spruce it up a little to give it that nice hotel feeling. My biggest complaint would be the pet stains from previous guest in my room. I have a dog so I appreciate that they allow pets, however they should keep them to a certain floor or rooms and if not they need to carpet clean. Also wasn't impressed by the $16 breakfast buffet, not much variety for price and menu for breakfast and dinner is not the best. I would stay here again for sure but I hope they can just change things a little just to make it feel nicer."
