"I love going to gregory’s and I’m a gregular because i really enjoy sitting down with a coffee while I work a little. Unfortunately, at this location, even though everything is super clean and has good service, the music is extremely loud. It is so loud that I felt like at a club and ended up with a headache. Probably won’t return to this location because of that."
"12/19/23 1:30 pm the two young men with glasses and beards were speaking unprofessionally to their customer’s foreign names. I can’t believe this still happens in 2023. One youngman at the cashier and the other one the barrister. It is sad to see Gregory coffee will hire any manner of people these days. It is not even a busy hour and one of these two lads didn’t bother to wipe his hand with towel after serving pastries to the customer infront of me and got their greasy finger prints on my cup. I would have said anything to them but I didn’t want to cause a scene. And I can already tell based on their fruit they had shown in 4 minutes that two will be obnoxious and quarrelsome. The only good thing I can say is at least they gave me my correct amount of change. Not coming back to this location again. And I truly feel sorry for other staff who probably will have to put up with these two."
"No thrills coffee chain, but the coffee, matcha and smoothies are good. Pastries are ok, they have lots of vegan options (too sweet) and I like that the calories are listed. I wish there were more savory pastries. The place is clean and has lot of seating."
"Got a cappuccino with macadamia milk during lunch. Service was quick and attentive. Atmosphere is great, I absolutely love the warm wooden decor. They have a wide selection of milk options (soy, almond, macadamia, and oat)"
"Gregory coffee has the best coffee in New York City. much better than all the others. you get in and get the smell of fresh grounded coffee beans. I love their sweets shelve which I always fall for something new (see my photo) it's called Crunchy Power Bite my sister wasn't here because she isn't such a coffee drinker. too bad for her"
