Please continue to hire model employees like Jose, who go above and beyond to exceed customers' expectations. His professional skills and deep knowledge of the company will help to retain and attract customers. My experience was Five Stars, and I would definitely do business again. "Website said they open at 9:00 holiday hours. Got there a little early with many other customers and we were told that they don’t open till 10 o’clock. You would think they would update their site. What a joke."

"I came here to pick up an order I purchased on the Verizon app. They did a poor job of welcoming me to the store as I walked around for about 7 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help. No one directed me to register as a customer, and the sign directing visitors to do so was not very "in your face" as you entered. Finally, an employee came from the back of the store, approached me, and asked if I needed help. He was pleasant and helpful. I regret not getting his name so I could include it here. After asking my name and identification, he found my order on his tablet right away, went to the back for 30 seconds, and came back with it in his hands. This employee is the only reason I gave 4 stars to this particular Verizon store."

"I just remembered why I left Verizon years ago. I called and got a iPhone through Verizon today. I was told I can pick it up at the store. Already paid for I took a picture of the confirmation told the man who helped me I don't have my license the ID I have is nys just not a license. Saying I'd be fine I came to the store. Well I still don't have a phone the nasty man who told me I need federal id..lol and the debit card. Management was no help at all. I have all the info just no license. I'm also an administrator on the account. When I get a license I can come get my phone. Lol cancel it than. Horrible waste of my time and gas. I remember why I left them years ago."
