"Terrible service! I only visited there for the socks because my partner loves their socks. He is collecting socks from that store 2pairs of every designs per season. Honestly I never knew this brand until my partner mentioned it. Two sales associates were there and a young lady said they only have samples and if I purchase any other items with socks they could help me purchase them. They said that if I only need to buy socks, to just go to Bloomingdale's or something like that. I just left the store and headed to my partner”s favorite store “Todd Snyder” in manhasset. Terrible experience ever."

"My husband has been wanting to give this store a shot because he has seen it online. We struggle to find clothes that fit him properly and this store is uniquely suited for men that need to be able to try on clothes, but prefer to shop online. Trey was very helpful in finding the proper size and fit. We ordered two pairs of pants after having him fitted."

"I went to the Bonobos store at Roosevelt Field Mall in Long Island NY in the evening around 540 pm only to find it closed. There was no notification or signage indicating the reason why. To make matters worse I called the general customer service number to complain and they were like "oh well". They made no attempt to call the store or no attempt to notify management of this issue. To the Bonobos management people cannot have to their time wasted. I spent 45 minutes in NY traffic to get to this location. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I will be returning all of my recent purchases!"

"Went into an empty store. The sales person told me it’s only a showroom, can’t buy anything here things can only be ordered. I asked if I can try out my size so I can order, he replied fitting is by appointment only and there was nothing I could do today except look at their merchandise. I left their empty store, writing them off as a serious company."
