"Our best men and dads purchased suits from Jos. A. Bank for our June 2023 wedding. We had a good experience all around from working with very nice and helpful sales associates in-store to quick turnaround times with tailoring. We picked Jos. A. Bank because of their wide variety of navy suits - we picked a lighter shade for the best men and a darker shade for the dads. It’s especially nice that Jos. A. Bank labels their suit colors with numbers so we were even able to match colors in different suit styles. All the boys liked their suits and have already worn them again since the wedding. Only thing we would recommend is waiting for a sale. We paid full price, then the following week was the President’s Day sale, which would have saved us quite a bit!"

"Was looking for suits for my wedding and was recommended this store to see what they offer. We were greeted by Albert and we couldn't have asked for a nicer and more genuine person to deal with. He makes you feel welcomed and wants you to be happy with your purchase and does not bully you into buying a suit like most places. Extremely grateful for his help and would recommended anyone to go to this store and ask for Albert!"

"Walked into Jos A Bank yesterday with an hour to spare in my schedule, Albert took care of me right away and got my sizes quickly and efficiently. With only two people on staff yesterday I had no problem waiting, but Albert make sure I was in and out fast! Great customer service, will for sure be back to buy a suit from Albert when I have more time in my schedule."

"I cannot say enough bad things about this place. I tried setting up a group deal for myself and my groomsmen for my wedding. The sales representative sold me a suit that turned out to be a discontinued product. The only reason I found out the product was discontinued was my groomsmen went to Other Joseph A Bank locations and were unable to purchase their suits in their sizes. When I called and texted the sales rep who set up my deal to ask him to help me find another suit or resolve the problem I was having, he ignored my calls and texts and still has not gotten back to me. He completely ignored my attempts to get in touch with him, and made no effort to help me find another suit for my groomsmen or find the suit I ordered in their sizes. Furthermore, when I went into buy my own suit, it turned out they no longer had my size in stock and I was told to just buy a bigger size and let their tailor tailor it to my size (something they could charge me for of course). Clearly they were only concerned about getting their clearance products out of the store. On top of this issue, I had to buy another suit for a different wedding at this store at the same time as I was trying to set up my own wedding’s group rate. Their tailor completely destroyed the suit I bought. He was over a week late delivering the suit to me from when he said it would be ready. When I received the suit, the jacket sleeves did not go past my forearms and the two sleeves were almost 2 inches different in length. The jacket, which was loose on me before the tailor touched it, was now so tight it no longer buttoned closed. The pant legs were also different sizes and were several inches too long. They left me with a suit that did not fit three days before the wedding I was attending and said they could not fix it in time for the wedding after delivering the suit a week past when they said they would. To go along with their complete disfunction function they have an unbelievably rude staff who openly complains about each other in front of customers and do not stop complaining about how understaffed they are. Every time I have been in the store they have made a point to tell me not to come in on the weekends because they don’t want it to be busy. Do not go here, they will only add stress to your wedding experience."

"We are happy with our purchase. The associates name Rob assisted us very well. He knows what his doing that's for sure. He answered our questions manageability. From fitting to alterations till we pick up our orders his there assisting us. The good gentlemen who measured for alteration is a different man. He is also very good at his work. I didn't get his name though. Although everyone seems so good on helping customers, we recommend to look for him whenever you go at this particular branch."
