"Had a bad water leak in the crawlspace which caused the hardwood flooring in our living space to buckle. Mike and his team members at American Water Damage were great to work with. Mike is down to earth, very knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. His team removed our damaged flooring and dried out the crawlspace and living space with de-humidifiers and fans. Mike also worked well with our insurance company, providing the necessary information and documentation so that our damages were covered."

Justin and Ian were amazing, they got straight to work on drying everything out to see what we could save and did an amazing job keeping me updated on the process. Once everything was dried out, Justin and Ian worked quickly to remove any baseboards, flooring, and the tub to ensure there were no further leaks and that I would not have additional problems down the track. They were very thorough in everything they did. A great team."
