"Yikes, just got in and the very unwelcoming bartender with one up here not only didn’t greet us when we came to the bar, but tried to ask a question completely ignored our group of 5. No wonder this place isn’t busy on an NFL Sunday. Really unfortunate. The owners should know they need to focus on hospitality first when hiring. Don’t plan on spending anything here now."
"The pool is very small but still enjoyable. Music during the weekend is great but boring during weekdays. Not fair for those vacationing during weekdays. William was our bartender. 5 stars for service and 5 stars for the delicious cocktails and shots he made. The service William and Jeremy both provided was amazing! The only satisfying part of our stay at Omni."
"After getting swindled out of $100 just to get into this pool bar. I should have known. They had a DJ but all the speakers were blown so it was painfully awful. They had couches everywhere and comfy chairs but they were $1500 to rent. Come on I have paid less in Vegas for a couch to see Kaskade. Complete ripoff. We had to go to the bar each time to order because the staff never walked around and checked on the guests. We were there to chill and have a few cocktails but we had to sit in the sun on curved chaise lounges we kept sliding off. Absolutely ridiculous."
"The pool and bar are so relaxing and make for a perfect Saturday! We received excellent service at the bar from My’ Yonna and her drinks were delicious!! The shrimp tostadas were yummy and the overall service at the pool was outstanding."
"For starters the INTERNET HYPED the whole pool experience like it was something really FLY. The pool is no bigger than a Baby Pool. To charge people $50.00 on the weekend is ROBBERY. Now on to the food. I ordered wings because you can't go wrong with them. The wings were unsauced. They give you this ONE small container 2oz of sauce to cover the wings. OMGGGG! NEVER AGAIN. DON'T BE HYPED INTO COMING HERE. IVE WATCHED SO MANY PEOPLE LEAVE IN DISAPPOINTMENT."
