SpringHill Suites by Marriott Charlotte Lake Norman/Mooresville

"My daughter got a room here. They were unhelpful to her while she was trying to carry a baby and luggage. The staff verbally refused to help her with her luggage. When she asked for towels the desk told her they didn't have any extra towels to hand out. Management should really train their employees on customer service. Check out was at 12. Our room cards were turned off at 10 am and told this was hotel policy. Not entirely sure why they would turn tour card off if you still have 2 hours left. Not a highly recommended Hotel if you ask me"

"In definite need of a refurbish. Booked a double queen suite. The "living room" didn't even have a couch but rather two dining room table arm chairs. Other furniture and finishes were pretty well worn. Staff was very kind and pleasant however"

"SpringHill suites was great nice breakfast included in the morning coffee that was good. Hotel lobby breakfast area were very clean so was the parking lot and entrance area. Thank you."

"My overall experience was great.. Front Desk staff was awesome..My room was very clean.. The only bad experience I had was a rude kitchen staff member. The kitchen staff member was polite at all. I would definitely stay book this hotel again. The property was very clean."

"This was a solid stay with no significant issues. The hotel is generally the quality I expect from this Springhill Suites. I think the flush seal in my room's toilet was going bad because there was often faint water flow and sometimes it didn't flush well. Otherwise the room was great though. Breakfast was fine, but a little lackluster. It felt like they tried to prepare only the simplest things to prep and clean up. Still, there was plenty to fill up on. I wouldn't mind staying here again."
