"To whom it may concern, On January 6, 2023, I went to your shop to have my subwoofer and speakers installed. You agreed to do the install despite being close to closing time and rushed through the job as a result. After I left, I began to hear an unnatural loud static and reverberation coming from the speakers with the music on. I then turned it off to determine where it was coming from, and it continued without music on as well. I investigated the noise and noticed the poor and messy wiring job that was performed. I then went to another shop to have it redone and the noise stopped. They redid the wires were cleaned up and wired appropriately and the noise was no longer occurring. Going to your shop was a gross waste of my money. You agreed to do the install and rushed through because it was close to closing, that is an unexpectable way to conduct business. My time was wasted as well as my money. I had to spend way more then was budgeted. I will never recommend this shop to others.The first 3 pictures was the work done to my car.The last picture is what was done to my car after it was redone."
