Caravelle Tower

"Enjoy the Ocean Views. Property could be more updated. Other than that the stay is comfortable. With the exception of the smoke alarm going off and having to evacuate in the night but there's no fire. Would still recommend staying for the price, the views and the location. Oceanfront."

"Room is fully equipped. ( dishes, utensils, and all). The only negative thing is the pictures about " lazy river and water splash and big pool DOES NOT APPLY to this " vacasa" kind of rental."

"The location is the only good thing about this place. Customer service is AWFUL- don’t expect any help with anything or to be able to check into your room on time. Staff have consistently yelled/cussed each other out in front of myself and my daughter. The stairs in Caravelle Towers are out of order so good luck if theres a fire, I guess. There are German roaches in our room. We had to fix our TV ourselves (not to mention that is is being held up by the cable box otherwise it will fall off the dresser). The room we are in does not match the pictures online at all and is supposed to be ocean front yet it is not. The pools are very dirty and surrounding area (food waste and particles, diaper/fecal particles). We checked in at 12:30 and were told housekeeping was notified of our early check in and would get a call when our room was ready but we didn’t get our room until an hour after check in. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!"

"We have stayed here before, years ago. The main reason for 3 out of 5 is the room and just the overall hallway areas. The hallways feel like you’re walking through a prison. Our room was just cleaned and we got in right after they finished cleaning it. The floors were sandy and dirty. We wound buying a Swiffer mop and I went through all sample pads and half the box of the extra we bought. All were super dirty, so not the cleanest. The Murphy bed didn’t have a comforter blanket, just the sheets. Location is great and pool is nice, but would recommend the Grand Cayman Resort. That’s just from my experiences at staying at both over the years."

"Didn't actually stay at this particular hotel but it has nice rooms was clean and no complaints from me other than some kids that were being bigots knocking on the room doors but outside if that the view was awesome! And then we saw this black mass in the water at the beach no idea what it was but my brother had a fun time. AND they have a pool where the kiddos and have a great time and only seconds from the beach."
