"We've been visiting the myrtle beach area for 40+ years and by far the quietest place we've ever stayed, excellent location,0.5 miles from the ocean, but there's parking close to the beach"

"My family has been coming to Myrtle for the past 10 years now always have a great time besides this time. We didn't feel welcomed at all. DON'T GO OFF THE PICTURES our room didnt look like it was supposed to. I told them and sent pictures of everything wrong in our room which was a lot, didn't do anything about it. Don't waste your money on this place I promise you can find something less expensive and way nicer. They don't tell you they have a million rules for renting but if you live there you can do whatever you want for example, no motorcycles unless you live there, no pets unless you live there and so on. One of our bathrooms had mold on the shower curtain which we did report but nothing was done about it. We also found a braclet in a bed from someone else staying there so clearly the beds aren't cleaned properly also a pair of bathing suit bottoms in the couch, stains on pretty much every bed, stains all throughout on carpets it was just so bad. That's just the half of it, truly a nasty place."

"tives: 1.Location- .5 miles from the beach. 2. Private access to beach: 1 mile away and can park very close. 3. Pool and hot tub is nice. 4. Condo- has everything you need and are in good shape. Bed was comfortable. Negatives- only 1 but it’s A BIG NEGATIVE. The locals that live here are very vocal and rude. We are very respectful people. The locals treated us like we didn’t belong: at the beach pavilion and at the pool. A lot of comments and looks. However we respect that this is their home. Be prepared for this."

"My mother owns a condo here and we came to stay and vacation in it. Every morning I watched the staff clean and test the pool plus keep an eye on it through the day. The landscaping is beautiful! Good walking distance to the beach. Would recommend staying here in a rental for sure!"

"Condo rentals are about what you would expect for the price. Nothing fancy, but not terrible. We had a screened in porch on the back with a view of the marsh/pond and all of the wildlife hanging out back there. Easy walking distance to the beach. Outdoor pool is okay but I think the hot tub was either too hot or had too many chemicals because we got blisters from it. The indoor pool is not much to write home about but you are right near the beach so why bother with an indoor pool, right? It's the South, so roaches are a problem pretty much everywhere and Dunes Pointe is no exception."
