"I’ve not stayed here yet, just investigating for future trip. I feel compelled to say that I am SHOOK by the irate rants of people not aware of the concept of a hostel or understand the difference between them and hotels. Seriously?! Tell me you’ve never traveled abroad without telling me you’ve never really been anywhere! So sad. Educate yourself. Read the websites and reviews before bookings. I’m embarrassed for you."

"I stayed a week and its a good accommodation for the price. I was in a room with Brad who works there and it was nice rooming with him, he was helpful and polite. I'd recommend staying here to anyone traveling solo on a tight budget"

"I stayed here on August 7th 2023. A strange man climbed over my balcony railing on the ground floor and into my room. Once the hotel staff was alerted they asked me to leave my own hotel room. I refused to leave. The man was still in my room. I was arrested. Hotel staff did not protect me from a man who burglarized my room. They actually tried to put me in more danger by asking me to leave. After this they charged me twice for one booking. Awful, sad and dangerous. I don't know why I'm not allowed to give no stars."

"I previously stayed at this hotel . Unfortunately cheap isn’t always the best option … in my situation I had booked on an app for this trip about 3 weeks prior . I booked for 2 adults only .. on the app it NEVER states that you have to share a room with strangers . We figured that the bunk beds and pictures online were dorms with a party for 6+ . This would be great if your wanting something reasonably priced with a group of people to go with that you know , but definitely not under 3 . It took us about 20 minutes to find the hotel . It’s located inside of another hotel which is called Sandcastle ocean front pavilion. It would be helpful to have a sign on the property or the app stating this . When we finally checked in we were told we would be in a mixed room with strangers . I immediately said that if we don’t get our own room OR be put in a room with females we wanted a refund . They refused to refund because of the “72 hour policy “ they have . After about 30 minutes of our ranting and raving we finally got moved to an all female room . BRAD the manager was the only one that helped us with this entire disaster !!!!! He was very professional with how irrate I was with everything . The black main manger shouldn’t even be a manager , before brad resolved everything he tried to explain the reason behind the fact they didn’t have the “male and female mix “ on the app we booked , along with having not a care in the world and reccomending us to purchase another room after we had spent $220 for 4 days …. The location is amazing as it’s right on the beach , The room service was terrible , we had to go to the front desk and ask for more toilet paper and towels . They are in the process of rentivating the indoor spa , I hope with this change they change the management , and also the advertisement of this hotel . I have never experienced a more unprofessional hotel experience in my life ."
