Check in was smooth, but there were dead bugs in the tub/bathroom floor and you couldn’t plug the tub even though the room advertised a bathtub. There are also no elevators so not super handicap/kid friendly unless you get a first floor room. Also a huge gap in the ceiling about the shower…"

"This is the second time we've stayed here and customer service is again excellent! My mom and my wife and I had plenty of space and the room is very clean. Can't find a room that size for this price. Customer service is caring and responsive. Everything is neat and cleaning as it should be. Would definitely recommend this place to you anyone! "Absolute disaster. First room had to many roaches to even enter. Second room had several roaches. Had to keep all our luggage in the car so we didn't bring bugs home. Terrible experience."
