"I’ve been coming here for over 40 years and it’s the best bagel in town by far! Gotta try the “Bagel Dog” for a delicious zweigels hot dog encased in a chewy plain bagel with or without cheese! What a great invention! You’ll always get a true “Bakers Dozen” here too with 13 bagels per dozen. A wonderful family business with a lot of smiles and delicious bagels! Love this place, definitely recommend!"

"I have been a bagel land customer for years and years The Bagels are wonderful. Unfortunately the woman who works at the counter is awful. She is rude, nasty and unprofessional. I had to nearly intervene in an altercation she created with a customer she verbally abused. Today she was verbally abusive to a female customer in line ahead of me and then to me personally. I love Joe, the owner. He is a great guy. The bagels are great. But no more bagel land for me. Alas."

"Christmas Eve you might expect to find people with the holiday spirit ... nope not here. Lady who helped us raised her voice and was flat out rude. I hope the bagels are amazing for Christmas morning breakfast in our hotel because that lady was a complete grinch ..."

"I love the bagels here but avoid this place if the older lady with glasses is working the counter. I just witnessed her berating a customer, who paid for a dozen bagels and cream cheese, for not wanting to redeem her card for a free dozen yet. Even when the owner corrected her, she wouldn't let it drop. In front of myself and other customers. This isn't the first bad experience, I know that if she is working the counter it's going to take forever because the line gets backed up because she'd rather hear herself talk than just get the orders out the door so people can get to work on time. They used to have 2 younger women working the counter who were very efficient, bring them back."

Growing up in The Bronx it has always been near impossible to find Real bagels Anywhere else In Western NY, possibly everywhere in NY north of Westchester County, nothing comes close to Bagel Land. If you live in Monroe County and haven't had a Bagel Land bagel- you haven't had a bagel!!!"
