"The food was good and so was the bubble tea. They have a little cat robot that serves you food playing w song which was a hit with the kids. For kids this is great because they select what they want. There are 3 ambiente one for bubble tea and dessert one for mongolian barbecue and one for fried chicken. Prices are very reasonable. The servers inside were really nice. This is not a restaurant with a waiter…you enter and order your food so don’t wait to be seated by the door. I like it because I prefer picking my own table and my food."
"I'm very happy with my experience here. You get to pick your own fresh ingredients starting with noodles and vegetables. You select the meats you want (if you're not vegan) and then you select seasoning and the sauce you would like. Once you are complete you hand your food over to the chef and he cooks it's up for you and you get the food weighed and it's only $6.99 per pound. I love it and I definitely will be back."
"I’ve been here twice and the food is pretty good and only $5.99 a pound. You can choose anything you want from the ingredients and the chef cooks it to order. The inside of the restaurant is nice but the outside isn’t as attractive and could use a clean up. At dinner time they have a hot food bar with sesame chicken and other things ($5.99 a pound) but I have not tried that yet."
"Terrible experience. My grandmother wanted to come to this place after seeing a commercial on TV. There was debris and trash right outside the restaurant. Construction items were strewn about on the pathway in side. If you’re in a wheelchair and needed to use the ramp it was blocked. When entered we were not greeted. Not a hello or welcome to Mongolian BBQ, she did not ask if it was our first time nothing. We were the only customers. She had a lg yellow star right in the middle of her forehead. Unprofessional and it’s all I could look at. I asked how everything worked and she explained: you get a bowl and fill it with the items you want cooked on the grill. For the sauce you pick a colored chip the color indicates the sauce flavor. Weird. I filled my bowl and got to the shrimp and THERE WAS A DEAD FLY nestled in. DISGUSTING. I let the “host” know and she got new shrimp. They also were doing construction inside!!! Who wants to eat with hammering and drilling right next to you?! Smh unbelievable. I had video but you can only post photos here. My grandmother enjoyed her food. I will never go back. Get it together Sun’s Mongolian BBQ."
