"Great brunch place with an upscale vibe and tons of good food. It was hard to pick something to eat because it all looked good. Strong pour mimosas with great flavors! Even the hot cocoa was good. I got a OG Benny and it was pretty good. They were swamped so my English muffin was a little soggy by the time it made it to me but solid flavors. The hash brown bites were top tier and the cinnamon rolls???? to die for. excited to be brining those leftovers home. The design of the place does make it a little noisy so if you have sensory issues, it might be best to go during less busy times."
"The food was fantastic at Silo Brunch Bar. The lobster omelette came with large chunks of lobster meat in it. The pork belly flight is a unique dish that is worth trying. Toast is a good size. The only critique I have is that the hash browns could be less salty. Also as a note for people coming here they do not start serving alcohol until 10am so plan accordingly."
"My daughter and I ate here for the first time today. This place is awesome! Love the decor and ambiance. The staff were very nice, attentive and helpful. Prices were good. The food prep was super fast (and the place was FULL). The food was awesome! I started with a Caramel Macchiato (delicious) and then had The Farmer Omelet...it was a HUGE breakfast and very flavorful...huge pieces of ham, bacon and sausage in the omelet and the hash browns were great (waitress described them as hash browns on steroids...and she was right). I left stuffed. My daughter had the Cronut French Toast and it was AMAZING, very flavorful...and to be honest, I had to help her finish! We absolutely will be back and make this a regular. I highly recommend!"
"This was my first time there. The waitress Hannah was informative and very attentive. Whatever my friend and I asked for she brought it to us. I enjoyed the chopped salad with a variety of items in it. I did not add any thing like chicken and was very satisfied. My friend had the Reuben with the seasoned hash browns. I tasted one of the hash browns and liked the flavor immensely. She took half of the Reuben home. We will return!"
"The water feature in front was cool. Got seated quickly. For a Monday lunch there was a decent crowd but still manageable. Can only imagine how this place is on the weekend. Got the Banh Mi Benedict and it was delicious. The pork belly was tender and flavorful and the eggs poached perfectly. Waitress was nice and friendly. Will be returning for sure!"
