"Such a Beautiful oasis Stopped overnight and wish we could've stayed a few days more!"
"As always. A beautiful place. Have been here many times with the kids over the years. Great memories. Now, since the kids are grown up, just my wife and I are enjoying the same places."
"Great campground. Beautiful views. Had a blast. Bathrooms were 3/5β¦ usable, clean-ish. Lots off off leash dogs, not really the campgrounds fault except there were not a lot of visible campground staff to enforce rules or clean up bathrooms or monitor sites. Our site was usable but had a steep grade on every side - so not a ton of hang out space. Thankfully we spent most our time on the water. Super clean lake! Being just one lake down from mountain water the temp stays relatively cool and is very refreshing."
"This is a beautiful campground on Lake Keowee. Many of the sites are wooded and private, but the sites themselves are compact. The bathhouses are older, yet clean. The sites have water and electric only and the two dump stations are located at the entrance to the park, about 1 mile or so from the sites. The landscape is hilly so entry into some of the sites may be challenging. This was our second stay, the first during the summer and late fall this trip. We prefer fall camping by far. Beautiful hiking weather and a bit quieter with fewer boats and jet skis buzzing on the lake. lake."
"Love this place. Beautiful views. We stayed at sites 43 (best site) and 46. All sites with water and electric and nice bathrooms. Bring wood for a nice fire. It can be chilly on the water :) The staff is veey friendly and helpful. This is one of my favorite places to stay!
