"I drove by this spot a million times on my trips to Buffalo. Never actually stopped in until someone told me that these guys have the best subs around. The bread was fantastic. I ended up going with the godfather which was very very good. Nice clean, open concept and nothing bad to say about the police friendly staff and service"

"Very clearly said Oil and got Mayo, this is why I avoid fast foot and drive thrus in general, I was the only customer there so it was quiet and I spoke loudly and clearly. Extremely frustrating and defeating after getting it to go and not discovering it till after driving out of the area and no time with work to go back for a correction. Avoid this location if possible."
"They just continue to disappoint me. Meatball Paramsean with no sauce and barely any cheese. And the Meatballs had the texture of being boiled they didn't even have sauce ON THEM $32??? OIL?? OIL On a Meatball Paramsean? Why are you still in business? Clearly these people can't make a sandwich. Jim's, Mike's And Jersey Mike's is way WAAAAY better. Too bad this was a gift from someone. "This is the worst experience I’ve had at ANY food place in Buffalo. My meatballs were burnt to a crisp and I called to let the manager know. He never once apologizes for the horrible service that was given to me. He couldn’t find my order and made me wait 15 minutes on the phone for him to find it. When he did find it he then blamed me for telling him that the time that I said I was in the restaurant was not correct. This is your MANAGER and he knows NO customer service at all. I will NEVER be going back because of the horrible service I received. This place is garbage."
