"I don’t have very high expectations for any mcdonald’s but this one is pretty bad. Took them 5 minutes to greet us at the drive thru when there was no one else there. The sweet tea is almost never sweet and it’s just an overall pretty bad experience for a place with minimal expectations."

"Paid a little over $12 including tax for 2 spicy crispy chicken sandwiches. All you get is a bun, a chicken piece, and 2 pickles with some sauce. It is NOT worth getting McDonalds for the prices these days. At least the taste was alright, mainly because it was hot. The drive through is also slow. Terrible service. Please save your money and time and head to BurgerFi down the street next to Red Robin. It may be a little more expensive (like $2 more or so) but it is so much more worth it!! McDonald is a rip off!!"

"Unfortunately, this location can’t get an order right and management makes it the customer’s problem when they fail to meet expectations. Ordered dinner for the family and onions were not on a sandwich, 10 piece nugget didn't make it in the order, fries were overcooked, and food looked like it was stepped on before making it in the bag. Not the first time dealing with issues at this place, but the first time being so fed up I reached out to McDonalds. I was told by the local management that only refunds would be handled on a same day basis and that I would need to return to the location I bought the food at. They must be receiving these messages so often that the place actually shared a picture of their restaurant policy that they placed on the windows stating once you leave, you’re out of luck. I can’t imagine running a business where the business has this little personal accountability. I urge others to go elsewhere."

"Never will I go to this McDonald’s again. The staff was super sweet I will give that. But the cleanliness of this place is concerning. We ordered food and the happy meal fries were cold, no big deal if happens., But the icing on the cake.. there was a literal cockroach in the coke we ordered! This coke came out of the drive thru fountain machine."

"I will never go to this location again. Out of sauce for nuggets, out of fountain drinks. They offer shakes instead but you have to pay the upgraded fee even though there is no other option. I asked for a Oreo shake, oh but they don’t have that either. Literally running a business with very little options. Get to the window, and it’s a bunch of teenagers hanging out inside who work there, causing an extremely slow drive through. They give us some of our order, so we waited for the rest and the girl opens the window saying “yes?” As if we’re inconveniencing her to do her job. Yet the rest of order was sitting in front of her the whole time. Just close them down if they don’t want to do their job or have anything in stock. Worst McDonald’s that I encountered in a while."
