"My goodness, I have never been to such a terrible Wendys. Went because it was on the way home and I hadn't eaten dinner. Oh lord I would have rather eaten my dogs food....It probably would have tasted better. Got the biggie bag and the frosty was soup. I didn't realize until I was a little too out of the way. Definitely never stoppong there again."

"I will never go to this location again. It was filthy. Every table was dirty, trash on the floor. All of the staff back in the kitchen were yelling profanities, one of the employees had friends come in, they received free food and drinks and were cussing the entire time they were in there. When I got there I was the only in store customer and it took 8 minutes before I was even acknowledged and had my order taken. It took another 12 minutes to receive my cold sub-par meal. The trash littered parking lot was the Cherry on top. Yuck!! I took one bite of my order and left. It was disgusting. Very disappointing..... I Love The Spicy Chicken Sandwich and hadn't had one in a long time. I thought it would be a nice treat..... I was wrong."

"Went to this Wendy's on September 3rd and ordered a chicken sandwich. I got about 1/3 into my sandwich when I found a hair. It is definitely not mine because I had pull this hair out of the sandwich when I took a bite and it had food hanging off of it. I had reached out to customer service shortly after and was told someone from the store would get back to me. A week went by and I got no response. I reached back out to customer service and they told me my case would be escalated and I should receive a response. It's been almost a whole month now and NOBODY will get back to me. I have sent several emails, tried Facebook, and Twitter. I was getting email responses at first, but they appear to be ignoring me now, probably hoping I will just go away. This is not okay and this is thoroughly disgusting. I couldn't even finish my sandwich. I like to go to Wendy's over other fast food places, but not anymore"
