"The staff here have terrible manners. This location knows that they can churn out money just because they’re the only game in the hospital at a certain time and the hospital staff are desperate for a place to order food at night. They should be ashamed how they treat customers, act like they care, and maybe put more effort into cleaning as well."

"I understand staffing issues and don’t mind a wait but I can’t count the number of times I have gotten the wrong order. I have a sensitive stomach so the wrong food can mess me up. Also the staff seem to get upset when I have to correct there mistakes or missing parts of my order"

"Drinks are very hit or miss. One day I ordered an iced coffee with oatmilk and equal. They handed me and unsweetened black coffee. It should be obvious to someone at a coffee shop that a drink was made wrong if its black, but calls for some form of creamer."

"An employee named Bisma is extremely rude and always makes my drink horrible. She actually smiled and took pleasure in telling me the latte machine was broken. Most of the time, If I see her working I will turn around and go somewhere else. Good luck to this location if they keep that poison around."
