"Mr.D's is located in the Desmond hotel..is easy to get to with lots of parking. It has a really good menu with lots of options from small apps to sandwhiches to full entries. I had the filet mignon that came with veggies and a potato pancake. The filet was tender and cooked perfectly..highly recommended and the price is right at $40. I sat at the bar and Danielle was great..very personable and able to give suggestions on both food and drink. They have a variety of beers on tap, unique mixed drinks and a good size wine list with lots of by the glass options. The atmosphere is nice with a modern feel..lots of tables for larger groups and an area to sit by the fireplace. I look forward to going back to try some other menu items."

"For dinner, I had the fried grouper sandwich, and it hit the spot. Also their house made pickle was amazing! They have a good selection of beers, and they make sure to pick local breweries for the taps too. Our waitress was very friendly, and she was attentive. If you are staying in the hotel, it is definitely worth checking out!"
"The food is OUTSTANDING! We travel alot and eat at hotel restaurants and are mostly always disappointed but this place was amazing. I had the seared apple pork chop and it was so delicious. The asparagus was good, the pork chop was juicy! I've been to places were the pork chop would be dry and rough yuck. If you're in the area or staying at the lovely hotel definitely stop by and eat here! Seat yourself, the staff, chef and waitress are kind and friendly."
"They really did this restaurant up, no expenses spared! Very welcoming atmosphere, great staff. Excellent breakfast. My new Sunday routine whenever I make it to LifeChurch. I had the pleasure of meeting Ronna the last couple weeks. She is quite accommodating on substitution of select menu items when needed. Always comes around and checks up on me and remembers a story I told her last week. Sweetest waitress you'll ever meet."
