"My order was simple and it wasn’t even late when I went through the drive thru I specifically asked for two burgers extra onions ketchup and pickles (had no onions, no extra pickles) I asked for a large sweet tea (was served unsweetened tea) and the fries were ok. A simple order and because I was in a Lyft on my way home I couldn’t check out my order but again it’s a simple order how did yall manage to mess that up smh pay attention to what your customer order smh now I know for this location to check my orders before leaving even though I shouldn’t have to."

"On Saturday, January 20, 2023, at 6 am, I paid for breakfast via the mobile app at the drive-through. Despite having pre-paid, I waited at the speaker box for over 10 minutes. After failure to reach anyone, I went to the service window to see what was going on. Once I pulled up, I observed an employee mopping up a spilled orange juice, wearing a drive-thru ear piece. She made eye contact with me, so I expected acknowledgment of some kind. However, she continued mopping without addressing me. Mind you, I already paid for my order and waited another 6 minutes at the window, while she mopped with a wet mopped head. Frustrated, I went inside, changed my mobile app order to counter pick up, but the employee continued to ignore me. When I approached the side of the counter, she stared at me for 20 seconds before I prompted her to speak. She than responds with attitude, questiones why I would think she's the only one with an earpiece? Than tells me, in a raised voice, that she's been there since midnight. Which I can empathize, but not when you're yelling at. As the situation escalated, I asked her to lower her voice, drawing the attention of the shift leader. The shift leader intervened, taking the earpiece from the employee. Despite the ordeal, my food sat cold the whole time, and the shift leader handed me my order without addressing the issue. Could tell she was embarrassed. In summary, customer service at this McDonald's location is severely lacking. Despite the weekday morning employees being commendable, the weekend staff, are horrendous, rude, and disrespectful. Reading through the other reviews, i guess Im not the only one. Considering the decline in service, I am now considering the Delaware location as my go-to."

"This is by far the worst McDonald’s for both service and food. We’ve known that this business has reputation for very poor service for a long time but the quality of food has seriously deteriorated. After leaving a morning doctor’s appointment, we attempted to try our luck and get a small fast breakfast. Bad idea!! The drive-thru clerk was totally uninterested and impatient . Her attitude was as though we were disturbing her and were a complete nuisance by placing our order. This place obviously lives up to its reputation for poor service. We ordered sausage burritos and a bacon,cheese and egg on a bagel. The burritos were awful. It tasted like egg mushed in a soft flour taco. The bacon, egg on a bagel was a steak, egg and cheese on a bagel with onions. This product was totally disgusting and able to be eaten. We ordered one regular coffee with milk and one equal packet. The coffee was totally too sweet and definitely not one equal. Since this business has such bad reputation for service and food for so long, I recommend that the entire be fired and hire an entire new competent staff who has received rigorous training with an emphasis on customer service. Aside from McDonald’s food not being healthy, we have now decided to swear off ever purchasing McDonald’s food again."

"So tired of having issues with this chain in general. No matter what store there is always something. I went to this store on my way to my son's house. I ordered in the app and was offered $2 off an order $5 +. When I got to the drive thru the employee could not find my order code in the system. I was told the charge would disappear off my bank when the code is not verified/used. So I ordered again without the $2 coupon. Well well well dear me BOTH charges went thru. So who used my code and stole my original order? I called to complain on customer service but no refund. I'm done. I can't trust this multi billion or whatever corporation to not steal or to not miss an order or to just plain not care. They can't even get the free fry-day deal right. I'm not going to any McDonald's ever again. There are plenty of other fast food places. I don't see any benefit to getting ripped off"

"We had a pretty large order for midnight, and it was fulfilled quickly. And it was all fresh! It was the best McDonald’s food I’ve had in awhile. The drive thru workers were nice too"
