"I’ve spent a considerable amount of time in both Japan and Okinawa. I went with a classic Shoyu today. The noodles were perfect, the broth was awesomely authentic, the aroma was legit. I haven’t found many places that have held onto authenticity instead of being innovative which often translates to the need to be expedient. Roc City Ramen pays tribute to its culture and connection."

"The place itself was difficult to find because the address listed was wrong and had to take a mile detour. Employees were nice but the food was just okay. Nothing impressive considering we had been expecting more. We had ramen and the sandwich special— all ok but nothing special."
