"Best customer service ever! My husband and I were delivering a load close to Tai Chi Bubble Tea, so I made him drive his truck to this place, and it was well worth it! The girls were so lovely and patient. I wanted to try something different, and she recommended the brown sugar flavor, but I didn't like the bubble. She was so nice; she allowed me to try a different bubble, and then she remade my drink with that bubble. We were delivering from NJ, and that’s not the type of customer service you get in NJ. I was grateful for their outstanding customer service."

"Our family loves bubble tea and we’ve tried almost every place in the area. This is by far our favorite. There are so many flavors to choose from, you can adjust the sweetness and ice level, and they have a wide variety of toppings. The workers and management are very friendly and helpful and will give you great suggestions if you don’t know what you want. Today they gave us two free Mochinut donuts with our order just because."
