"I use to go here almost every day because it’s so close to my house and I love dunkin but every time I went for like 3 weeks straight they didn’t have croissants! I hope they fix their inventory because if they do I would go back!"

"I went in for a simple small coffee, and had probably the worst costumer experience I've had at a Dunkin'. First it was in January and they had me waiting with my window open in the cold for what felt like several minutes before someone asked me to wait several more minutes, forcing me to keep my window open so that I could hear when they returned. Then I asked for a simple small regular coffee with milk. I had a small gift card someone nicely gave me for the holidays. To make a long story short, they mistakenly charged me for a medium iced coffee (in January?!), offered me options I did not want to pay for, and said that if I wanted a refund I'd have to wait 20 minutes for their manager who is somehow the only person who knows how to refund a gift card, which I had no time for. I realized I had no more time to deal with it and drove off having given them money from my gift card for nothing."

"Easily the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’m writing this in the drivethru, where I’ve been waiting for one car ahead of me to get their order for almost ten minutes. If you have less than a half hour to get coffee, head elsewhere."

"My fiancé ordered 2 drinks from the East Ave location tonight, a large black iced coffee and an iced toasted white mocha latte. The workers charged him for 3 drinks - 2 hot lattes and the iced coffee. He tried explaining to the worker that he only ordered 2 drinks and that the latte should be iced. He then yells at the other guy making the drinks should all be iced. So then, the male worker comes back with a tray of 3 drinks with the 2 hot lattes and the iced coffee. He tried explaining AGAIN that this was the wrong order and that the cashier just tried explaining that to the person making the drinks. The worker then responded, "no you didn't ask for iced. This is what you asked for so this is what you get." MIND BOGGLING that the workers are arguing this much about what the order should be when we were the ones that ordered the drinks. Absolutely disgusting. Never going there again even though I live 5 minutes down the road, I will drive out of my way to go to another Dunkin simply because of this horrible interaction."

"I feel like every time I place a mobile order they don’t have what I ordered. There should be no reason to be out of many things 5-6 hours before they close. Workers have given me my food at the window without even looking out the window or acknowledging me and talking to their coworkers."
