"Veronica was absolutely fantastic. Her personality and customer service is something that we do not see nowadays. She definitely deserves the employee of the month. I'm from Buffalo in the area for the day and even told her I wish people from Buffalo had the same demeanor that she has."

"Good luck if you try to go to this 24/7 location after 10pm. The employees are so lazy they have refused to take orders at the drive through multiple times and they have also said that they are only taking Uber eats or door dash orders. This is one location I will not be returning to until the franchisee cleans house and terminates the entire staff."

"Went through the entire process of ordering on the screen because no one was at the counter. Once I place my order I got a message that I couldn't pay with my credit card because it was broken. I was instructed to take the receipt to the front counter. There was no receipt because the machine was out of paper. I stood at the front counter for about 5 minutes and despite employees making eye contact with me, no one came to help me. Last time I ever stopped at this restaurant."

"Had a rough experience here. The app was accepting orders but the restaurant said only online and Uber orders and tried to turn me away multiple times, despite the fact that I had a paid online order. When I finally did get my food there was some missing and they wouldn't replace it because they were already cleaning up (the door said they were open three more hours). They ended up giving me cash back for the missing items, so I'm thankful they didn't send me through a whole online process. Still, so much time and stress. I don't recommend using the app!"
