"We had reservations to stay here. The booking service we used had no mention of a check-in time. We arrived around 11pm and he had given our room away causing us to stay somewhere roughly 30mins away. While speaking with him, he had a really nasty attitude. Reading further reviews, this attitude is common and shows the service you will receive from him will be slow and shotty at best. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere!!"

"If you want an overnight stay, this place is ok. Very basic but we found it to be clean (although old) and comfortable. At first we thought it was going to be noisy, but it was not. The location is good- near downtown Waynesville shops and restaurants and not terribly far from Great Smoky Mountain NP. It was a bit pricey though considering how basic it was."

"Stayed for work. Owner very nice and what ever issues came up. He handled professionally. My room was always clean and new towels every other day. I recommend to all who want to enjoy nearby sites"
