"My wife and I are always excited to see Frank and Carla who own and operate this business. Both are always smiling and in happy moods especially when the Nathan's warehouse is out of fries . I'm sure business will really pick up for delivery in towns far away since Baldwin has closed now that was a dirty store .. so good ridence..give Bellmore a call where the chicken wings are flapping and coney island is closer then you think ..."

"I ordered by phone a fish and chips small tub from the paper menu which consisted of 8 pieces of fish and fris. When I openes the package there was only 2 pieces of fish and fries. I called the store and was told that the difference was that what I ordered was no longer available and I should have ordered from the website. The attitude was it was my fault for not ordering from the website. Three questions. Why wasn't I told when ordering that the item was not available? why wasn't I told when I picked up the order that the item was not available and a substitution of a lesser quantity was done? Why wasn't I told in advance and given approval to make the substitution? The food id good, but must I visually check to see if I am getting what I ordered before leaving the store. Sad situation where I am blamed for the fault."

"The food is great and the atmosphere is friendly. They also take cleanliness very seriously. Highly recommend. I never had a bad meal here."

"Nice that they have Nathan's and Arthur Treachers here, too! We got hot dogs today. Take out, ordered in store (they take phone orders too)- still hot and tasty when we got home. The person at the register was very nice. Food was ready fast (about 10 minutes). Cute little, clean dining room (2 seater tables - about 5 of them with extra seating for people waiting to pick up food) and staff was actually cleaning tables while I was there (nice change from many other fast food places that don't make the effort). Nicely decorated interior with old-timey photos, advertising, and antiques. Also had good music playing."

"This place truly feels like home away from home …from the food to the overall atmosphere. They have the nicest decorations for the season, the place is always clean and you can come anytime and get the same service. The ribs are juicy and flavorful to go along with their crispy fried chicken. It’s a must try spot for sure"
