"I ordered a beef chow mein and this is what came. I’ve eaten in many Chinese restaurants before and this is definitely not chow mein. There was mostly veggies and only a few pieces of beef. It came with white rice and I made a call to confirm if this is what I ordered. The response I got was this is chow mian. If you wanted to get the fried noodles you have to order chow fen. Like what? It was a mistake on their end and then it was my problem that I ordered the wrong thing? This is definitely not what I ordered and you should admit you mistakes instead of making others take the blame for you. There should have been a refund or redo because this is not my order and I’ve called to confirm."
