"Do not eat here. Their food almost always comes in stale, cold, or dry. These geniuses ran out of tortillas and, instead of cancelling orders, they decided to deliver burrito bowls to everyone who ordered burritos or quesadillas. Garbage management. Thank goodness they left a note on the tin saying “ran out of tortillas :(“ so that I could understand why I spent $10 delivery fee on the wrong item instead of them simply cancelling my order. Just terrible. Don’t give them your money, there are plenty of other Chipotles in the area that are much better."

"The girl behind the counter was rude and obnoxious and should be fired immediatel!! If you don’t like your job, then quit don’t make customers that pay $18 for a burrito feel like you’re doing them a favor by serving it I will never go to this chipotle ever again, and I might think twice before I go to a chipotle, if this is the kind of service that they give, the franchise owner should be aware of the staff that he’s hiring ! This may be fast food, but $18 for burger a burrito is steep pricing. I could go to a restaurant and sit down and enjoy my meal for not much more."
