"3 of us did the all you can eat combo of wings, shrimp and ribs. Waitress brought us things we didn't ask for or if we asked for it, didn't get it. When eating, in a rude way was like you going to keep eating? No, hey are you interested in dessert? You know the common restaurant practice of upselling and courtesy. Never asked to refresh the drinks. All the other waiters and waitresses were on point with their customers."

"unfortunately our experience started off to a bad start when we got a server that didn't like his job and from the start give us an attitude. We decide to take advantage of there 2x1 happy hour special on drinks and there food as we order we felt his bad attitude get progressively worse. when the drinks finally came (40 min later) the drift beer was not as cold as it should be and never got the appetizer before our food everything just came at once. we decide to order more drinks and was told that there an 1 hour wait time before you can order again lol we just kinda laughed at his comment and decide to speak to the manager as it doesn't say anything ON the menu or the website. The AGM confirmed that rule was not on there policy and said he will speak to him, we asked to change server as we didnt want our experience to be affected by a person that doesn't need to be working there and should find a job that doesn't involve serving people. TJ was that replacement a friendly reminder that one good apple doesn't spoil the rest. we appreciate the AGM taking charge of the situation and making a bad experience a pleasant one at the end. thank you TJ AND AGM SAJJAD SUMDAN"

"I had Cajun Salmon and Fried Shrimp. Very good but as I have had REAL Cajun in New Orleans, where the food burns all the way down, the way I like it, I would have said it was Broiled Salmon, because it was rather bland, even though it was blackened, but I needed hot sauce to add the much desired heat. It came with Broccoli and delicious Garlic Mashed Potatoes, interwoven with crispy fried onions. Yummy. What made the meal better was getting there before the lunchtime rush, in addition to missing breakfast, preparing my stomach to welcome an avalanche of very good food. I would have added a star if the Salmon was more Cajun than it was. And having lunch with my family is always a good idea. I have been going to Applebee's at least once a month for decades, mostly for dinner, especially Veterans Day, when they show their appreciation for our service to the nation. The other guys, not so much."

"Applebee's has been an institution for a long time. Came here for a late night girls night out after a shopping excursion. They are open late (til 2am) and there's a half off select appetizers after 10pm. The place was pretty busy even at that hour but we managed to score a table within minutes. The beef quesadilla's we're good. The spinach artichoke dip was creamy and came with thin tortilla chips. I didn't care for the pretzel bread and cheese dip. It was soft and also came with a side of honey mustard sauce if you didn't want to dip it in cheese. But it was not memorable. I ordered the French Onion Soup, the baked cheese on top was yummy but could've used more heat to make it brown on top. There wasn't much filler in the soup either. Wait staff was good, very attentive. Good for bar food and quick dinners."
