"I ordered and paid online for pick up so it will Be fast, because kids were hungry. My son went inside to pick up the food, first they made him get in the line even he said his mom paid it online. Still made him get in the line. Then they couldn’t find the order made him wait for 25 minutes so they can get other peoples orders who were coming after him. Manager was just walking here and there but still weren’t helping him to find the order. After 30min I have to walk in and still couldn’t find. And manager and the cashier were talking in Spanish rudely. Finally when they found the order cashier handed me very rudely without any apology, even manager didn’t bother say sorry. Very bad experience. Wasted my 45min there. VERY BAD SERVICE. I understand things happen but atleast they could have apologized and they shouldn’t talk in different language in front of the customer."

"Grant it this is a fast food restaurant but the manager (fluffy, Hispanic blonde B***H) and the staff they have serving at drive thru are rude each and every time I come to grab lunch (once a week). This is not how you treat the patrons in your community who actually help support local businesses and the reason why you have a job to feed your family! Gave it a one ⭐️ bc I’ve had enough being treated unfairly and I refuse to give them my business. As much I loooove Wendy’s and supporting businesses in my community I rather drive the extra miles to Garden City where the staff are much more pleasant and treat you like a human being and not like a red-headed step-child. Treat people like you would to be treated!"

"This location is always a busy one because of its location. Service can be a hit or miss; doesn't matter if it's dining in, take out, or via drive-thru. Not sure if it's understaffed or what, but it can be very slow at times. The food is generally good. Parking is available but can be limited due to the other stores/restaurants in the shopping center. This drive-thru is probably one of the worst I've ever seen. If you have a bigger vehicle, good luck maneuvering through the drive thru, especially when it's busy."
