"I've never been to a fast food restaurant where employees want you to order from a kiosk when no one is on line. And then you can't complete your order from the kiosk."
"The mere fact that Taco Bell has gone to Kiosk ordering only has ruined the experience. I waited 10 minutes at the counter and then told I needed to place my order at the Kiosk. When asked, the team member stated Taco Bell no longer manages the counter service. In a time when people are struggling to survive this is how big business fixes the problem. Taco Bell replaces 3 team members with a computer and they are ok with it! Sadly, I will no longer patronize this establishment."

Small bits and pieces...and I didn't get the extras that I asked for, however I was charged...it was just the worst on that particular day!!!
