"Sometimes they overcook the food and mostly everything I go for a table it's messy. I have to clean it myself and there slow. Panera Bread is a really nice place to chat and chew but this one makes the name look bad. The employees do a lot of playing and talking with one another while they should be working. Tables and cashiers MIA for some time now. Line long and it's 10:30 am"
"I love coming to this specific location (Rockaway turnpike), I work nearby and it is very convenient. Lately I don't know what's going on but it keeps disappointing me. The workers are friendly and attend to your complaints, however, the tables are always dirty, you have to clean them in order to sit down. The sandwich I ordered: avocado, egg white and spinach; had everything but avocado : / I hate complaining but hey you paying for it, nothing it's free (except this complain)"
"love Panera bread, the higher price is justified by the quality of the food and the choices of juice drinks along with a comfortable dining room. and free WiFi!... u can choose a self serve order station. my favorite, I hate dealing with people behind counters. I can put in my own order and grab my own vibrate beeper thing and wait for my food."
