"If I could rate 0 stars I would I had an extremely negative experience at this store. The customer service was terrible, the food was stale and disgusting, and the workers were disrespectful. They even laughed while making my bowl and intentionally gave me only 3 pieces of chicken, despite me paying extra for my meal. The environment was also terrible, and this is not the first time I have witnessed them treating other customers in a similar manner. I want to clarify that my feedback is not biased, as I have seen them behave this way with many other customers as well."
"Horrible the food at this location is horrible..... don't waste your time or money...I ordered the white rice bowl.... with chicken... black beans and corn the rice was sticky and salty the chicken was a well the beans were undercooked and the corn was super hot (spicy) I won't be going back ever to this location"
"This is my local franchise that I frequent . Last 4 visits the staff seem disinterested in serving the public,disgruntled , the entire store is messy . You are serving me food and the counter top looks like that ! You’ve lost a customer . Disgusting"
"I just had the worst experience with this location and the Manager named Antonio. I ordered a burrito bowl via Uber Eats the bill was 25 dollars and all I received was chicken. Ok so I get in my car and see what happens. I get there and they explain something happened with the order but then the Manager starts laughing and tell me “That’s on you miss” with no respect at all. please note it’s 10 at night and I’m looking at him like really! I promise Antonio I will make sure your Sr staff know about this. I didn’t argue with him just submitted my refund request but this experience will never be forgotten. I rather drive to the next chipotle or even eat at Taco Bell then eat at this location again! Do not eat here!"
