"Quiet park with access to the Greenway. The Greenway is great for a walk or a bicycle ride. This goes along Pistol creek. Enjoy beautiful Maryville and Alcoa."
"This is the neatest way to protect a wetland and provide a walkway for people to enjoy the area. They built a raised boardwalk of sorts over the wetland which winds around for about 1/4 mile. Along the way there are information signs explaining the reasons and importance of protecting the wetlands. Before you step onto the walkway there is a gazebo with seating for small groups. This is an incredible opportunity to teach kids about wetlands and why they are so important to our environment. Great going Maryville and Parks and Rec. You have shown that it is possible to have it both ways."
"Just a fun little place to walk around in nature it's maybe under a half mile walk, and the pavilion is nice, could use a water fountain or two though"
"A quaint little park. Signs around the park are very informative and its a fun place to walk around in the warmer weather. In the winter, the path can frost over and become slippery, so you will need to use caution if you go here in the winter months. I've also noticed that the path is in poor condition. It looks like some repairs will need to be done. Last complaint is that people rarely pick up after their dogs... not going to dock the park for that one. If you visit with your dog, please clean up after it! If you play Pokemon Go, this is a pretty good place to visit. 2 gyms and a large number of Pokestops. And they are all within pretty close distance of each other. Good for grinding exp. Its a nest also, which is helpful."
"Little boardwalk behind some rich people’s houses that goes to nowhere and has little informative nature signs scattered throughout the trail. Cute idea, but poorly executed."
