"Buying this awesome hot tub was a great experience with Sheila Thomas. We walked in the door in Maryville and she was there to answer any question and give us exactly the information we came for that day. The purchasing process was a breeze and the delivery was very efficient. He taught us how to take care of and operate the hot tub so that most of our time is spent relaxing instead of worrying! Very happy with our EcoSpa!!"
"So my wife and I stopped by this Home and Garden show in Knoxville. We had been thinking about getting a hot tub. As we were walking around came across them selling Eco Spas. We spoke to a woman named Sheila. She answered a whole bunch of questions we had. Gave us us ton of information on the spa. She was very knowledgeable about them. Met her husband named Danny who explained the installation of the spa. We explained that we wanted it hooked up to a 220 line instead of the 110 plug and play and that the line was there waiting to be connected. Turns out he does the delivery and installation of the spa, himself and said that it would be no problem. Both very nice people, felt as if we new them for a long time. Felt very comfortable buying a Eco Spa from them. We ended up buying the E5 model. They explained that their shop is in Maryville and they service the spas if there was ever any problem. Danny delivered the spa and installed it. He stayed there till it filled up, and explained how it works and how to run it. He even and showed us hot to test the water and how much and how often to put the chlorine in. We’ve had it for a week and a half and have been in it every evening. It really does take the stress away and muscle pains. My wife and I love it. If your interested in getting a hot tub, you should really stop buy there shop and take a look at them."
"As a city US Postal Worker in Tennessee I do a lot of walking, driving and movement throughout my day. I have become rundown and sore from the constant repetitive motions and walking. I've been looking for a hot tub for about 5 yrs, when the Hardcover ECO Spa crossed paths with me at a fair about 3 yrs ago. I wasn't fully sold at that time, I'm guessing because of it being manufactured out of plastics. As I continued to do my research and talk to people who own fiberglass hot tubs, I began to understand the advantages of a plastics manufactured hot tub. One of the biggest advantages I had found is, there is less maintenance with the hard cover spa. The plastic expands and contracts with the heat and cold without breaking or cracking. With a fiberglass spa, they tend to develop spider cracks and leak. Easy of opening, the hard cover is always connected to the spa which makes opening and closing very easy. The fiberglass spa has big bulky covers that need to be replaced every few years and don't stow while the hot tub is in operation efficiently. Size, the smaller footprint on my deck is also a plus. Trying to find a smaller 4 person hot tub in this size is next to impossible. The fiberglass hot tubs take up more space, which I was limited to. Warrantee, the cover on my Eco hard cover spa is guaranteed for life. The whole shell of the tub also has that same warrantee. Fiberglass tubs do not and cannot carry this same warrantee. Finally, the staff was very accommodating and explained everything I needed to know about owning an ECO Spa. At no step of the way have I ever felt pressured or forced into making a decision. I HIGHLY recommend this hot tub to anyone who is looking to get stress relief and total relaxation for their body, like I now have. It is worth the price."
"Very pleased with the helpful and friendly nature of Sheila, as well as our new spa tub. We weren't quite ready for the spa when we purchased it, but Hard Cover Spas had absolutely no problem in storing the spa for us, free of charge, until we got the deck where it was going to go completed. The delivery itself went flawlessly. The hard cover is both easy to use and innovative. There's no bulky cover to wrestle on and off, my wife can operate it with one hand. Once open, the cover hangs on its hinges on the outside of the tub. It's far easier and better than the old heavy folding cover we had on a previous spa. If you're in the market for a spa, I totally recommend you taking a look at the spas at Hard Cover Spas!"
