"This review is for Danielle. My husband and I came in without an appointment (we didn’t think we needed one) looking for a toilet. Danielle was sitting at her desk doing work and we asked her a bunch of questions. She stopped what she was doing and assisted us in all our questions and helped us make a good decision. She also helped us with cabinet handles, which we will get at a later date. Throughout it all, she was so very nice and patient. This was our first time in this store and we will definitely be coming back and asking for Danielle. She is amazing!!! Thank you Danielle for making this such a great shopping experience!!!!"

They went out of their way to make it possible for me to secure the last in stock of a hard-to-order Kohler medicine cabinet. It was unavailable anywhere online or in any other retail showroom and you can be sure I tried every possible source. My search stopped with Ferguson. When the door later needed to be replaced Kohler honored their warranty, but it was the great customer care person, Stevie Kuhn at Ferguson who was my prompt and responsive intermediary. The replacement door arrived in a week. Customer care is alive and well at Ferguson."
