"Wouldn’t ever use them. 3rd party service tech from PC Richard’s. They came 2x and never did anything to the machine. Looked for a leak and couldn’t find it. Never unscrewed a single thing. Finally PC Richard’s came and actually unscrewed some stuff and found signs of a leak and is now attempting to fix it. Wind company basically came and did absolutely nothing except waste my time."

"So I never write reviews but I also don’t want people to get overcharged like I did. So here’s a little backstory. Last week my washer that is only 1 year and 3 months old just stopped working. I unfortunately didn’t take out a warranty so unfortunately I knew off the bat I would be paying to even just have someone come look at it. I went onto the Maytag website and made an appointment with this company. One the day of the appointment the tech showed up hit my on button and then start button within 13 seconds he told me it was my capacitor. At this point I didn’t know what this part was or what it entails to replace it. The tech then calls the office and tell me it will be $280 to replace this part. Mind you I already had to pay him 120 for his 13 second diagnosis. At first I made the appointment but then after speaking to people I found out that the actual part only costs 35 bucks and is extremely easy to replace. My husband was able to order it and replace it by himself in less than 5 minutes . This company tried to charge me all together $400 dollars for less than 10 minutes of their time. I was able to speak to 2 other repairmen who quoted me half of what they did. Do yourself a favor and call around or you will end up paying an insane amount for nothing."

"They took my microwave to fix 5weeks ago. The technician said 7-10 days. I called 2 weeks after he left, the representative said she will call back about the status, and she never did. A month after, I tried to call again, and she said the same answer, and never call me back. It has been 5 weeks now, and I call again. A man said they got the part and told me to choose the delivery date which was 10 days later. I was upset, and asked why you need more than 6 weeks to fix and not giving me reasonable explanation. And he hung up on me without the answers. This was the worst service I ever got entire my life till now!!! I called 3 times during the 5 weeks of waiting. I don't think I was impatient or rude. They were so rude and not doing their job."

"Not showing for their appointment yesterday. I called their manager today, who told me it's because I wasn't at home. Their technician called me but i didn't answer. I told her I was home for the whole day waiting for them. I did miss a phone call in the afternoon - but only one call, with no voice message. Nobody came to my door, or rang my doorbell - i can even provide the recording of my security camera. Their manager sounds that it's not a big deal that I wasted a whole day waiting for them, and she can't schedule me immediately, etc. I want to say it's an appointment for repairing a washing machine, not for making a phone call. How can any business cancel their appointment so easily for just one phone call attempt? I didn't see any car parked outside my door at that time. Did anyone from their company really come? Not to mention this is not the first time. Two weeks ago, they called me on the day of appointment and told me they couldn't make it because the part they ordered hadn't arrived. And exactly a month ago, their technician was late for his first appointment with me. I was going out to pick up my kids from school and saw him. And he questioned me why I am leaving when he arrived? I had to tell him he arrived 30 mins later than their 3 hour window, and now I have to do sth else. And last thing, it's been 6 weeks since the first time i scheduled repair with them, and my washing machine is still broken."

"Our serviceman Paul was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed what was wrong, place the order for the new part and scheduled a return date within a week to complete my repair. Very nice gentleman, will be glad to have him back to finish up."
