Dyckman Dogs

"Earlier today I placed an order for my medical office, which included several types of hotdogs and burgers and French fries. All of the food came iced cold, they placed cold drinks on top of the food, and messed up the order itself with the wrong ingredients. As soon as the food arrived the manager of the establishment was called. He was extremely rude, immediately stated that he will do zero in a terrible manner to correct the order. I nicely asked him again if the order could be replaced, after three or four times of this he stayed silent. DO NOT under any circumstances go to this establishment as you will probably receive cold/incorrect food and unbelievably rude service."

"I got the Dykman burger with fries. The food was delicious but definitely on the salty side. The gentleman working the counter/waiting tables was super friendly. He even gave me a small bottle of hand sanitizer too. One note: The Dykman burger comes with stick fries IN the burger, which I didn't realize, so if you get it maybe get something other than fries as a side. Will definitely go back"

"I can’t even believe this restaurant doesn’t have over 500 reviews. This restaurant has to be one of the hidden gems of NYC. Their food is very tasty and the prices are very reasonable. My cousin brought me to try their food and I tasted a bite out of heaven. Now I will sacrifice the time to commute there just for their tasty, & watery burgers. The staff is very friendly too I recommend this restaurant to all. Update: i cannot even stress this enough, this restaurant offers many great services such as dine in and long hours that stretch late especially during covid. Which is very helpful, plus the hospitality is on point."
