"Prices are typically less than most standard store locations. Staff is helpful and many fitting rooms. Recommend signing up for their rewards as just about anytime I shop im getting an added discount or dollar amount free towards the purchase. Parking is easy as this location is near the lot."

"The employees are not helpful at all and the whole sale section is messed up. Nothing is organized and if you ask the employees, they respond rudely."

"The customer service was awful. There are several places throughout the store that state that there is a sale/discount for clothes on certain tables and/or racks. However, when you go to purchase at the register, the manager would not honor that the clothes were on sale and stated that the "20% off" sign was in the wrong spot. Several other people complained about this as well throughout my time in the store. As there are several areas throughout this location that have sale/discounted signs that are actually NOT on sale nor discounted. Very misleading."

"Store 11479 Deer Park New York location is the worst they have the worst sales reps in the world Thomas and Skylar in particular I needed a price adjust and at first Thomas told me he was the manager and there was nothing he could do l spoke to another rep they stated Thomas was not the manager so I asked to speak to the manager and Thomas ran to the back of the store to prevent the other sales associate from getting the manager so at that point he went to the back and came back 10 minutes later stating the manager was busy I asked him why he lied and he stated that he was just joking Skylar the manger came out and Thomas would not let her talk so I felt this was too much drama so I left shopping is supposed a leisure activity and I felt threatened I have been a customer with you guys for at least 20 years I hate the way I was treated is it cause I was black that I was treated that way ? Abrocrombrie and fitch doesn’t like Black people? And lastly what is the policy for price adjust and does only apply to white people ?"
