"Went to store 10/9 6:35pm and the door was locked, with customers still in the store. When they saw there was a line out side they decided to unlock the door. But did not want to help as they were closing up. All I needed to do was a simple exchange and the person behind the counter did not want to help as they were already to leave. He suggested I come in the next day because everything was set for them to close. Very disappointed and very frustrating.I know it was close to closing but there was still plenty of time to do the exchange."
