"Service was average customers waited longer than normal for their meal, food was cold and deserved more time on the grill."

"I went in and was happy to see it was empty, and was immediately asked to order at a kiosk/register they have someone working in the entrance then went on to get my order. Like 20 people came in after me and the workers already knew who they were according to their orders, beats me how they’ll know that, but any how, my order was never prepped and everyone else that came in after me was gone with their food while i was still there waiting. 15 mins later the manager asked me what was my order and she didn’t even see my order number cus they totally just forgot about it, maybe because they were too busy giving the orders to the people they already knew?! Never again!"

"Limited staff, one line, person spoke limited English and couldn't get my order correct and kept pointing to the pictures behind her. Manager seen the line growing and opened another register but then customers made two lines then the manger closed the register to make the orders and chaos ensued. Smh food now warm not hot by the time I got my order. I'll stick to the deli it's cheaper anyway."

"The worst McDonald's I have ever been. The customer service is the worst one. They talked to customer like they were trash. A black girl told a lady that she was old, that's why she forgot what she ordered. And 4 others started laughing at the lady. She previously had the same issue with another lady. It was the first time, and it will be the last."

"It’s fine, I go here almost every Monday and it’s def a McDonald’s. Sometimes chaotic but you’ll be fine."
