"Overpriced breakfast. Not a very pleasant experience. The server behind the counter was professional himself but the rest of the experience from ambiance, manager / payment interaction was not good. They charged too much and then added a secret or rather un-disclosed 'admin fee' on credit card. Disclose it at least."
"Nice little Deli that makes a great sandwich. Had an Italian hero, fresh bread and thin slices of meat. Nothing worse than a piece of meat the size of new Mexico in your sandwich you need to chew for hours. The fresh hot food looked decent but I didn't try it yet."
"Although I have lived in Smithtown a very long time, I never made it here before today, but I will definitely be returning! I called in an order of several sandwiches, all with specific requests, and a mix of breakfast and lunch sandwiches. When I arrived, I found the place nice, clean, and welcoming. I was greeted by the staff, and my order was ready, as promised. I picked up several additional items in the deli and chatted a little while paying. The team working was as nice as could be, and even carried my bag to my car. The prices were comparable to other places now due to inflation. For the people who wrote reviews complaining about price, I don't know if you have been to a grocery store lately, and see the prices, but they are outrageous. If a pound of boars head turkey is $17/lb, when you factor the cost of deli meats into your sandwich, the cost of bread and produce, the prices are fair and expected. The service was excellent. And when I got home and handed out all the goods, every sandwich was prepared exactly as requested, and were delicious. Thank you, I will absolutely be back!"
"Absolutely Fantastic. Anthony and his talented team at Nino's Deli recently catered an event for my fellowship. They provided three - six foot - heros and salads. One Italian, one grilled vegetables and one Chicken cutlet. All heros were stuffed with the freshest and tastiest of ingredients. The cold cuts were ample and high quality. The grilled veggies were plentiful, well prepared and fresh. The Italian fried chicken cutlet: plump, moist and seasoned to an Italian perfection. Oh yea, the salads (Cole slaw, potato and macaroni) were true deli salads. Anthony painstakenly halves baby potatoes for his salad, this is a real deli potato salad. I can't stand it when the potatoes are lazily sliced on a slicer. Anthony was thorough and generous. Nothing was remiss, all plasticware (including serving spoons) and paper goods were provided. Anthony's team was polite and professional. The attendees at my event RAVED at the quality and savory tast of the Nina's food. I will return."
"Stopped into what used to be one of my favorite Delis today. I ordered a very simple Roast beef, American cheese Lettuce tomato, Mayo on a hero. $15.15 for this....ridiculous.. and no it wasn't the fresh cooked roast beef it was basic BoarsHead..."
