"great staff, decent coffee, location is not too convenient, my biggest complaint is the outrageous price point. which does not justify the quality and/or quantity. I ordered a 12 oz ( half of which was ice) iced drink with the following add ons ( cinnamon, and oat milk) I was charged a total of $10 without tip. I have never paid that much for a cup of coffee. I understand the mark up on add ons but for $10 I cannot recommend to others that. the cost is not worthy of a minimally known coffee roasting company/coffee shop. inflation doesn't equal to up charging without prior knowledge."

"The space is big, the barista is super sweet and friendly. Got the iced caramel cinnamon latte which was on their specials menu. A little too sweet for my liking but doesn’t hurt once in a while. However, it’s almost $9 for a large iced coffee which I felt is a bit on the pricier side and it’s not even that big a cup."

"First time here and came with a large group. I saw a caramel cinnamon latte on the menu, and I knew I had to get that, and it was delicious! The barista was very nice, she worked by herself and got all the drinks out..a didn’t miss a beat! The place here is huge, so there is so much room for decor and more seating arrangement in a nice cozy setup even though they’re kind of situated around warehouses. I couldn’t charge my phone though, because there were no outlets. Definitely good lattes though!!"

"The staff was extremely professional and courteous and kind and patient. I am not a coffee drinker but I do drink cappuccinos every now and then and I have to say this is the worst cappuccino I’ve ever had in my life I paid $5.$.50 for iced milk and a dollar tip because she was very patient and answering all my questions And extremely nice. It did not taste like coffee at all 100% ice cold milk flavor. The best part of it was the raw rock sugar on the bottom of the coffee when I finish the ice cold milk."

"Gumption is scrumptious! I’m pretty picky with my artisan coffee but this place passed my millennial taste test. The peeps that work here are super friendly and fast. It’s s p a c i o u s and BIG, just the way I like it! Working around Industry City is tough cause you don’t have a lot of options for snacks but I’m grateful this is here to steer me clear of my coffee cravings."
