"Customer service sucks from this location I was not told anything about initial payment for my order to get delivered upon signing contract, the delivery guys was sent out without my knowledge and arrived at my house when I was not home, than when I got got scheduled for re deliverey is when I was told I would have to make a payment in order for my goods to get delivered,, I made the payment online and went to the store and was told my order was canceled and my payment was reversed and I’m left without my good or a valid directive on how to complete my order."

"It’s my first time using rent a center and I was bit confused and nervous but a worker named Ali helped me every step up the way and was very patient and understanding. He answered all my questions and adapted well in order to make sure I was given the perfect item with a payment plan that suited me best. I was also still at work and found myself taken away from my phone for longer than I expected and he was very flexible with my schedule. "I recently paid off my Washing machine and dryer but they're still charging me even more money I paid for it 2021 now there's still charging me 2022 they are rotten thefts"
