"**UPDATE** I would never order from this company again. They sent knockoff accessories, batteries, and media cards even though they advertised Sony brand. Delay, delay, delay was the game they played. They never sent the real stuff and I gave up, moved on, and bought what I needed elsewhere. They were real nice when they were taking my money but when it came time to provide what they advertised they fell way short. Don’t bother with these clowns. Talked to John in sales (ext. 323) and Joseph in billing (ext. 310). They gave me lip service and left me feeling dumb for ordering through them."

"This is what Fumfie described as "NEW" Fujifilm X-T20 camera. New box? No. New camera? Couldn't tell. OEM lens box? Nope. Working lens? Didn't know. Guess what? Fumfie's after-sale service is also disgusting! I opened the dispute case on PayPal, they pretended to give me the refund. HOWEVER, they denied the refund right after PayPal has closed the case. If you are familiar with PayPal, you may know the case on PayPal can't be reopened once closed. So, I have no choice but to contact my bank. Stay away from this website and store!"

"Perfect product for the best price ever. Ordered a Canon EOS 6D kit with a 50mm and 75-300mm lens and a whole lot of other lens and filters for just 1349$ overnight. Everything came the next day as expected. In fact I got the package in less than 24hrs after my order was processed. Had a few questions regarding the product and Steve from customer service was able to answer all my questions and he even registered the product for me online and sent me the confirmation. I even got a bunch of other accessories like a full tripod, a table tripod(very useful), a started kit, carrying case, memory card and memory card reader. Very happy with my order and would definitely order more stuff from FumFie."

"They had a great price on a camera. During checkout I chose Express shipping. I called the next day and wanted to upgrade my shipping to overnight. They told me it was not a big deal, they ran my credit card while I was on the phone with them and was told everything was fine and I would have the camera the next day. When I didn't receive the camera the next day I called to get a tracking number and found out that they had never shipped it out and manufactured a reason that there was a problem with my credit card (they ran it with me on the phone and it processed on my online statement). They told me that they had emailed me (A LIE). I check my email consistently throughout the day and had never received anything from them. I checked my spam filter and there was nothing from them. They lied about emailing me. I cancelled my order. I'm currently waiting for them to reverse the charges on my credit card. They do not have honest business practices."

"2 months late on my order. Said they sent my order out to the trucking company, got a tracking number but nothing ever more than an electronic bill. Was told almost 2 weeks later that the shipping company "must have lost the shipment" and that the store is out $3,000 now, like that should be my problem. Order was placed on Apr 29..its not June 20 and I still do not have my refrigerator or washer/dryer. I moved into my new home on June 1 and have been living with no appliance now for almost a month. I ordered a month in advance to avoid this. Company has terrible correspondence and tries hard to make you think they are concerned but getting them to call you back after "checking into your order" is like pulling teeth. You would think a store will know if a product is not in stock when you buy, and if its not you would think they know when its going to come in, and when it comes in you would think they know when it ships to the shipping company. They know none of this and I was given the run around for almost a month. My customer service rep was Elliot and for all I know he is the only employee of the store. The shipping company is almost as bad, getting the run around on delivery dates and the shipment, they are AM trucking. Avoid both of these companies if you can."
