"The worst dunkin customer service ever. I ordered small coffee and bagel twist with cream cheese and bacon. I paid whatever extra for bacon but the old lady in the sandwich station rudely give my food and shout in front of 5-6 people next time no bacon just cream cheese or butter. It's Monday morning everyone deserve good customer service and I already paid what i want. I also used to work in dunkin so I know if customer asked something and already paid, It's employee's job to make it."

"The evening staff is very bad, they do not want to work, and the language of communication with the customer is bad. They are not fluent in the language, and this affects their understanding of what the customer wants ... I do not recommend going to this branch"

"Got a bagel twist and a ham and swiss croissant stuffer this morning. The ham and swiss croissant stuffer was disgusting do NOT get it. They gave me an old bagel twist out of a drawer instead of the fresh ones on the shelf... it was rock hard and it had hair coming out from the inside . What a waste of money."

"This location used to be quick and efficient. There was literally no one in the store, maybe 1 or 2 people coming in for pick up, it took them over 15 minutes to make 4 basic wraps. They heard me complaining and didn't even apologize. When my food was done, the man behind the counter just slammed my order down and didn't even say thank you or have a good day. I'm honestly disgusted and won't be coming here that often anymore and it's sad because I live very nearby."
