"I own a business, I get a automated call to see if I recognize the charge, I said no so they canceled the card, cool, then I went in the bank the lady is pure rude, looking at my drivers license where I was heavy then, I told her I fought stage 4 cancer she asked for my social, I gave it to her she kept saying it wasn't me it was someone else, then about 5 times she slowed down and bingo, then after I get the new card the fraudulent charge went through, I can't run a business this way.This credit union is rude, didn't care about my situation, as soon as I get my money back I'm going to a different credit union."

"I had a WONDERFUL experience at Truliant's Matthews, NC location and it was all because of DOUG!  He works at the Waverly location but was assigned to this location today. Upon entering, I was met with a smile and extreme professionalism. I told Doug I was interested in membership, opening an account, and information on auto loans. I wasn't aware that they work by appointment only on Saturdays. Although they were booked solid with membership appointments, Doug still tried to squeeze me in today. When I told him that wasn't necessary, he told me the best time to call to schedule an appointment. He also informed me of how I didn't have to put it off because all those services could be done online through their website and gave me instructions on how to do it. Doug even went the extra mile, by quickly crunching potential auto loan interest rates and monthly payment amounts for me.
